  1.  This is the best "focus your mind" formula there is.
    I have been taking this supplement for 6 years, way before other phosphatidlyserine products that are supposed to help you focus became hot. It truly works. At the end of 2003, it became hard to get, and I learned from Champion Customer service that they were thinking about discontinuing it and I begged them to keep it. In the meantime, I tried other products with PS in it and none worked as well. I was so glad to find that they started up production of this stuff again. It is great to help you power up for early a.m. work outs and to keep from falling asleep mid afternoon at the desk.
