It's a good forumla for the ECA Stack effect at a fairly good price. Having said this, don't expect to lose weight by just taking such a formula. These pills do practically NOTHING unless you're already working out, or restricting your diet. Ephedra is a great diet supressant, and Caffeine is an amazing stimulant to prolong a high- intensity workout. The thermogenic effects of this combination are SMALL AT BEST when used alone.
