it does the job!
i been weight training for 17 months now and i have been using growling dog creatine supplements and i have found that my results have improved. I drink 300mL of water with 5 heaped teaspoons of the powder, after every training session and i find that by the second day (72 hours) i have almost made a full recovery. i havent noticed any side effects so far, so im more than satisfied with the results.
