1.  Isopure Ready to drink
   Of all the proteins on the market, and I have tried quite a few, isopure is not only the best tasting, most drinkable protein drink, it is also among the very highest in protein and the abvsolute lowest in fat. This transparent concoction which tastes similar to a strong kool-aid has 40 grams of protein in a single 20 oz. serving. Within that same serving exists not one single gram of fat and, in the zero carb version, not a single gram of carbohydrates thanks to the only sugar substitute to be derived from sugar: sucrolose. This drink is absolutely amazing, but the price is higher than would fit most budgets, running on average $3.50-$3.75 for a single bottle. But if you can afford it, Isopure ready to drink may provide you with a quicker recovery after your workouts and a speedy (and much safer than many alternatives) way to increase muscle mass while cutting back on fat.
