   The gains I had with this product far surpass any other creatine product I have used. I bursted through plateaus which I was at for nearly a year in only a month. Would recommend to everyone, and no adverse side effects from my own experience

1.  not bad, not bad!
   this isn't a great product, comparable to regular creatine monohydrate. however, when i stoped taking it, my gains did not diminish as they have in the past with other creatine products!
