Stuff:
I was about 15 pounds overweight. I took the stuff as directed for one month. I lost about 10 pounds during that time. That was without doing any type of exercise, except for walking. I ate whatever I wanted. . Gave me good energy. Curved my appetite. Did not make my heart jump out of my chest like some other products. Don't take before bed, will keep you up. Made my "stool" extremely soft (sometimes too soft). Made me gassy. My stomach felt unsettled most of the time. I recommend it but don't expect results after the second week or so. I lost the 10 pounds relatively fast and then it just stopped. I probably could have lost more, but I'm too lazy to work out. :)
