this stuff is really gr8. i bought one tub and afta i had finished with it i had gained just under a stone in muscles i doubled my bench press and didnt get them nasty lactic acid burns. i think it is a definite bargain. one problem is i got a head ache while using it but this could of just been a normal migrane because my mate as on it aswell and dint get anything but bigger muscles.
