Need to gain weight?
This product may not be as high in protein as others, but it taste really good and packs a lot of calories. I use it as a breakfast substitute and never get hungry before lunch. I mix 2 scoops in one cup of milk instead of the double dose they recommend. If you need to gain weight and never seem to eat right, this stuff will help. Just don't overdo it like they recommend on the label.

Don\'t Buy This!
It\'s way too sweet (almost half of this stuff is sugar), contains little protein compared to other supplements, and worst of all, gives me a stomach upset everytime I had it!
