1.  Put in some sugar...Please!!
   I've tried lots of supplements and prefer something with a good flavor. These bars are by far the worst tasting product I have ever tried. The frosted cinnamon roll tasted like a urinal mint (not that I have tasted a urnial mint). I expected the chocolate peanut to be much better....well it's not. ABB please put some sugar in these damn things so they taste good! Use your money elsewhere.

1.  Sugar vs. Sugar Alcohol
   The Dr. is not exactly right. The sugar alcohol is found in many "sugar free" foods and it is ok in moderation for diabetics. Unlike dextrose it requires little or no insulin to metabilize. 1.  Sugar bar
   They tell you this bar contains no sugar, which is not really right. There is something like 28g of sugar alcohol they dont tell you about. Sugar alcohol is digested by your body the same way regular sugar is. Basically this is a candy bar behind the wrapper. Beware!
