  1.  ok
the taste is great, the price is expensive!. $2.25 per can, if you drink three a day thats 6.75$... so 6.75$ per day! results are average.. i like EAS 100% WHEY PROTEIN. cost is about 30$ for a 6lbs bag, it taste great and shows results, i take EAS 100% WHEY PROTIEN and MUSCLE-TECHS GAKIC and in 2 weeks i gained 12lbs of muscle and my max bench went from 185 to 225.. pretty good considering im only 15..

  1.  Good stuff
This is my favorite protein supplement. The taste and convenience are great. However, the price is a drawback. I don't know what the other reviewer pays for protein powder, but powder is WAY cheaper than this on a gram to gram comparison. Approx $25 can get you 80 servings of 23g of protein powder. So let's say that's about 50 servings of 35g which is what pure pro has. That's $.50 for the same amount of protein, so unless you're paying $100 for a 5lb tub of protein, you're paying more for this, but it's worth it for the convenience of a tasty high quality protein supp.

  1.  Best Protein Shake deal
I have bought many powder protein mixes and have gone through the hassle of trying to measure the scoops, mixing it, and then putting up with the disgusting taste. With the ABB Pure Pro Shake, I dont have to worry about any of that. The shake tastes really good, and at around $2.25 a can, it works out to be a lot cheaper than getting the powder mixes, AND you get more protein. In a powder mix, I only got about 20g of protein whereas the Pure Pro shake, I got 35 g of protein.
