   This is not a good product. I gained weight and it actually gave me diarrhea. I am going to try Phenterfein, I have heard that it really works.

1.  Effective!
   I have used this product and have lost 16 pounds over a 7 week period. I do cardio 3 days a week and resistance training 3 days a week and eat normally.I have been trying to lose the last 15 or so pounds for 2 years with no luck until I used xenadrine 40+.
