Great find trying to cut carbs and this was a great
find...mixes well in a magic bullet and
mixing with silk soy milk makes a great
shake.

doesn't mix well I took it at night and found that I was
more ready for my early morning work
out. Only bad thing is it doesn't mix
very well. stays clumpy

Rebel I just got the berry flavor and it
tastes good, but I found it did not mix
well in a shaker

works great. taste bad i have been using this product for
awhile in addition to ON's whey
protein. it has a great effect,
especially while taking before bed, for
an anabolic sleep! the only bad thing is
the tropical blitz flavor ios terrible,
others are fine
