   It works which is what is important but it is not the best tasting stuff out there.

   this is the best stuff ive ever had, ive put on 20lbs in benching in 4 weeks off this stuff, it helps alot and i recommend it for everyone who wants to use it...

   I can find better tasting stuff with the same protein for a cheaper price. This tastes like chalk.

1.  Myoplex is a great product.
   I'm not sure if the above poster was trying to gain fat, or muscle, but whatever -- he's out of his mind. This is a great meal replacement for a 6 meal a day plan.

   I HAVE TRIED 40 PACKETS OF MYOPLEX AND GAINED ONLY 2LBS, WHEREAS A NATURAL DIET HELPED ME GAIN 20 LBS IN 2 MONTHS.
