1.  Great meal substitute
   I have tried lots of sport drinks and this one is the best. Gives me the nutrients and energy i need for my workouts and also curbs hunger for unhealthy eating. This is most definately a 5 star product.

1.  Taste or not to taste
   I have been drinking Myoplex lite for a few years. I love the ready to drink containers. I think their a great source of nutrients.

   IT tastes like soy and chalk. This leaves you hungry after you take it.
