has a great taste. Helped my muscles
recover noticeably quicker and for the
price I was pretty satisfied. I stacked
this with Cell Tech and put 40 pounds on
my bench in 8 weeks

helped me I noticed that when taking it before a
strenous work out it helped in me not
getting as sore as easily but i aggree
