TwinLabs is always a good choice. I used to take TwinLabs Hot Rox and i
loved them but i got to the point where
i was having trouble functioning without
it due to the extreme increase in
energy. I like RFE, ive been taking it
for about a week now. I take one in the
am right when i wake up, one right after
i workout or right before lunch, and two
a little before dinner. Gives me a good
flow all day, more energy, no jitters,
no stomache problems, curbed apetite.
Ive seen a little difference, so far i
like it and would highly recommend it
particularly if you are doing some form
of exercise. Im a runner and dancer and
i swim and xc ski for cross training.
P.S - Just a personal comment but i dont
recomend this for people not working out
because "quick fixes" dont change your
lifestyle and you wont see huge
difference so you will just get
depressed. Think moderation, think
goals.

Yeah This is one of my favorite product.
I have been using this for 3 day and in
only 3 day i see a big result. I was
benching 205 and stuggle to do 215. Just
couple hours ago, i gain to 225 and i
didn't even work out in the second
day.
Having no side effect, i'm only 16
years old.I guess it because i drink
alots of water and drink just as much as
i need.
drink two before workout, if u not an
athletics, wait 30 minute after drink
and it will give u a great amount of
energy i did a best workout ever in my
live. i have lost about one or two pound
and it acurate because i was naked every
times i weighted. So just try to make u
have an idea of how good it is.

Hope this is Helpful I've been taking this for about 4 days
now. I have experienced zero negative
side-effects, and it is too early to see
any tangible results. What I do notice
is an increase in energy and stamina
when I lift/run do other types of PT, in
addition, I've been sweating more
readily when working out, which is a
good thing. I suggest taking 1 pill a
day for 3 days to let your body
acclimate to it, then begin taking 2 a
day (the recommended dosage.) Also,
drink plenty of water, hydrate
constantly. I take 1 pill with breakfast
and 1 at lunch.

3 for now.... I started taking this stuff this morning
and it actually makes me tired not
energetic......i worked out hard core
this morning and my stomach hurt
some....more of like a poop pain....but
thats expected when first starting new
fat burners....anyway it makes me tired
and while i was working out i could feel
my heart working more and i sweat way
more which is good.....ill continue with
the product and see if i can get
results......will post again in 15 days
when my bottle is out.....btw im 5 8 240
lbs......so hopefully i see results in
my midsection

3 days I've taken this for about 3 days now
with a good diet and exercise. I
haven't seen huge results about a pound
or two but I've been working out hard
and gaining muscle and muscle weighs
more than fat. It does give a lot of
energy because of the caffeine. You
won't see any side effects as long as
you drink LOTS of water and eat before
or when you take it. Just to make it
clear, it doesn't burn away muscle
because all it does is give more energy
(caffeine) and help boost metabolism.
Just make sure you eat good and exercise
and DON'T take more than the
recommended! Also, sleep isn't the best
way to lose weight, eating good and
exercising is the best way to lose
weight, but good sleep does help. If you
want to sleep while on Ripped Fuel
don't take it 4-5 hours before you want
to sleep.

Thoughts I have been taking this product for a
about a week. It is
helping to curb my appetite but I am
having trouble
sleeping at night. Also when I was
doing cardio on the
elliptical trainer at the gym my heart
rate was in the high
zone all the time even though the
exercise wasn\'t very
strenuous.

Works I started running again to drop a few

Happy and Healthy I've been taking this product for about
a week now and with this and about 30
mins of exercise everyday, I've lost 8
pounds this week. I stay hydrated, so
it's more than just water weight! At
first, I had some stomach problems,
which is natural when first beginning a
large caffeine regimen. Now, my stomach
feels normal. I can tell you, If you

Cramps and diareah im talking this product with dies and
execsize and it give stomach cramps gass
and diareah. other than that it works i
wonder if it is safe to take daily i
really doubt it but i dont see why it

Great I've been taking ripped fuel extreme
for about 2 weeks now and ive noticed a
differnce. Ive toned up and lost weight.
Ive been running and lifting for
football workouts and it seems to
combine well with the ingredients to
this supplement. Im not sure if you
hsould be on other supplements with it
(i.e. creatine or protien) but i havent
had any problems with that; this product
is good and I would recomend twinlabs
products.

Just starting out I have just started taking Ripped Fuel
Extreme. I want to lose a few pounds
before I start toning up. So far it has

but good doesnt build muscle just burns
fat if u run and take this u will lose
fat if u work out with weights and take
this u probably wont see a huge
difference unless u get like 10hrs of

whats the consequece? well, i started taking ripped fuel and i
heard that it can, when taken right
before work out, actully metabolise your
muscle as well. I have seen this first
hand with my friend Ben. We spoke and he
was saying that it might be ok to take
it at least 4 hours before and 4 hours
after but im not sure....so all im
saying is be careful! and dont take it
right before u lift heavy!
