Suggestion needed I have started bodybuding 6 months ago
and now only i have started using Whey
proteing.
Already my weight is 74 kgs and my
height is 5.8 Feet and age is 25.
however my body shape not so good. my
biceps and forarms are very small and
thighs and hips are big (thighs 22
inches and hips 34).
Could some one suggest me should i
continue with Whey protein or not ? and
what should i do to get my body in
shape.
Also my abs are average size but i want
to get six pack abs, dont know wheather
whey protein will help me in getting
that target.
Please suggest

excellent stuff.. maybe the best I've used ON products for several years

is by far the winner in taste and
effectiveness.. hands down!! You can

Tasty, soluable, pure, LOW PRICE protien I am only 17 years old and started
taking this when i was about 15 or 16.
The real reason i took it is kinda of

Man, this is sweet I got two words for yah...BUY IT! I've
tried alot of different proteins
including the GNC brand and this product
blows away the competition. First, it
won't empty your wallet. Some people
think that the most expensive means the
most results. NOT TRUE. This is probably
the least expensive, and it includes
every amino possible(including the 7
essential) to build the most possible
muscle. Secondly, I believe taste is one
of the most underlooked aspects of
protein powder. It is hard to drink
multiple protein shakes in a day b/c of
the nasty taste they usually have, but
this one is different! I can drink
four-a-day w/o cringing, and with three
different flavors(chocolate, vanilla,
strawberry), you can rotate so you

IT WORKS I have taken lots of proteins and this
