not what they're cracked up..... taste is awesome BUT the protein is not
a true amount of protein in these
shakes. Talking to numerous people here
in Canada at lots of nutrition stores
and everyone says their ingredients are
not true to there label claims. Protein
is approx. 25-30 grams.

Great product! I just started using these drinks from
muscle Tech. Not only do they have a
crazy amount of protein, they taste a
whole lot better than any other shake
I've ever had. I also like the fact
that these RTDs are pre-made, there
aren't any powder chunks sitting on the
top like some whey protein powders.
Only negative that I can think of is
they are a little pricey, but you get
what you pay for.

Muscletech Nitro_Tech RTD I love these Nitro Tech Shakes. They
give me great energy after working, and
they have a great taste to them. Also
they are convient because they are
already mixed. I recommend the
chocolate swirl shakes.
