   i agree that it does greatly enhance your ability to continue in your workout. it does cause this heart racing, but when your working out it is to be expected. and the idea that you cannot finish your workout, absolutly true... you will not want to stop, youll break up your workout and cool down for 5 minutes and want it again. it is a sense of unsatisfaction. i still use but limit my workout to keep from injury.

1.  i will tell other to use it
   i use it when i played football and it help me a lot my arms were 15 inch at the then i start use ripped fuel and as i use it my arms became bigger and they were 17 inch
