What is Nitric Oxide?
NO or nitric oxide is a free form gas that is produced in the human body and is used by the body to talk with other cells. This gas is produced by enzymes in the body by breaking down the amino acid Arginine.

NO causes vasodilation (an expansion of the internal diameter of blood vessels), which in turn leads to increased blood flow, oxygen transport, delivery of nutrients to skeletal muscle, and a reduction in blood pressure.
